It Finally Happened
Apr 22nd
Yesterday Leigh & I were married at Bremervale Arabian Stud, by the Reverend Dennis Robinson, witnessed by family and friends. Leigh looked gorgeous in her wedding gown. Everyone I spoke to really enjoyed the day and were suitably impressed with the venue. We’ve only been able to grab a few photos from family so far.
A handful of days
Apr 17th
Only a handful of days until Leigh & I tie the knot. Still so much more to do!
Thanks to everyone who turned up to Leigh’s Hens Night and my Bucks Night, from all reports everyone had a good time. All body hair is still attached except for a small amount that got singed off from the BBQ on Sunday.
Looking forward to catching up with everyone on Saturday.Â
12 Days to go
Apr 9th
Thanks to everyone who has told us they are coming to the wedding. We are looking forward to seeing you all on the 21st.
If you haven’t replied to us yet and you are intending on coming could you do so in the next couple of days as we need to finalize details with the caterers.
We hope you all had a good Easter.
répondez, s’il vous plaît
Mar 30th
A day over 3 weeks to go, the pressure is starting to mount!
Next weekend is Easter and we would like to finalise numbers by then, so we can work out all the catering and seating arrangements. If you haven’t already replied, can you do so by next weekend on rsvp@theburgess.net otherwise late comers maybe force to sit at the kids tables.
Leigh & I are looking forward to catching up with everyone on the 21st.
Alcoholic Thongs
Mar 26th
There’s no need to hide your drinking problem when you come to our wedding by wearing thongs that hold your liquor. If you would like to drink something a little harder than beer and wine you are by all means welcome to bring your favourite drink to the reception.  You’ll be able to drop your bottle off, before the ceremony, with the caterers to be delivered to your table. We’d just ask that you leave the drinking before the ceremony to the Groom.
