Australian: THREE-QUARTERS of Australians would prefer the Federal Government to subsidise renewable energy instead of fossil fuels, an opinion poll has found. The Galaxy Research poll conducted for independent political group GetUp! found 76 per cent wanted renewables like wind and solar power funded in the federal budget.
